I'm a massage practitioner in Oregon, and these products are exceptional. I used the magnesium for muscle relaxation prior to their newer CBD products. I love this stuff!!! I can tell when I have not applied it. It helps with the stiffness in my neck and back. I also apply to my knees at night, helps tremendously with those squats.
